L’Ensemble Fides est composé de cinq jeunes musiciens enthousiastes et talentueux qui partagent la même passion : la musique pour guitare et mandoline. Cet ensemble s’est déjà présenté sur différentes scènes européennes. Leur répertoire s’étend de la musique baroque aux compositions modernes, mettant l’accent sur l’interprétation de la musique originale pour mandoline et guitare. Leur objectif est de partager leur passion avec un public diversifié à travers différentes facettes et sonorités de leurs instruments.

„Kontrast“ – Konzert für zwei Mandolinen und ZupforchesterYasuo Kuwahara
Dance of the Fire CelebrationDie Mandoline wird in 2023 in ganz Deutschland als Instrument des Jahres gefeiert. Wie man oft nicht vermutet, blickt dieses zart besaitete Instrument auf eine lange und bedeutende Geschichte und Literatur zurück.
Das Konzert führt junge Talente an der Mandoline, der Mandola und der Gitarre aus ganz Nordrhein-Westfalen zusammen:
Studierenden der Mandolinenklassen von Prof. Caterina Lichtenberg und Annika Hinsche sowie Gäste spielen Solo- und Kammermusik aus mehreren Jahrhunderten. Das JugendZupfOrchester NRW, Auswahlorchester der besten jungen Mandolinist*innen und Gitarristen*innen in NRW, wird Orchesterstücke von barocken und zeitgenössischen Komponisten spielen, die Solostimmen werden von Studierenden der Musikhochschule übernommen. -

The European Mandolin and Guitar Orchestra "Il Forum musicale" was created as a long-term project in the context of the European Capital of Culture Esch2022. The orchestra is composed of 40 musicians from all over Europe bringing together professional musicians and the best students from European music conservatories in order to work on an original and demanding repertoire.
"Il Forum musicale" is particularly aimed at young musician in order to offer them a unique experience and to support the musical training of future professional artists.
Sharing of the European spirit and values: Through its international composition the orchestra enables the musicians to get to know other cultures and forge close ties of friendship across the European continent. In this way the European Mandolin and Guitar Orchestra also contributes to a better understanding of Europe's multicultural diversity.
